before a decision.
Reading a study and being assessed for a prescription are different steps. Here is what the second one means.

A care page is the beginning of a request
Promise Peptides' licensed U.S. providers assess requests for prescription peptide care. Promise's longevity overview is on mypromise.com. Access is prescription-required and for U.S. patients only.
A provider reviews each request and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Not everyone qualifies. A live page cannot settle eligibility. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

What a prescription actually means
An appropriately licensed provider evaluates an individual and decides whether a medicine is appropriate. The federal telehealth licensure guide explains that providers must meet the licensing requirements where the patient is located.
Telehealth is a way to hold that evaluation. It does not change the rules about which ingredients can be compounded, and it does not replace the clinical decision. The FDA's compounding framework concerns a separate set of requirements.

Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved
Compounding means preparing a medicine for particular needs rather than dispensing a ready-made approved product. FDA's compounding questions and answers explains the distinction.
Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. FDA does not check their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. A prescription does not convert a compounded preparation into an approved drug.

Keep the ingredient's status in view
FDA's safety-risk page, current as of April 22, 2026, places Epitalon and MOTS-c in “nominated but withdrawn.” That means nominations were withdrawn; it does not mean FDA cleared the substances. The published safety concerns remain.
This guide describes the process, not anyone's eligibility or a legal determination about a particular preparation. The Epitalon guide keeps the research and human-safety gaps in view. Personal decisions belong with the evaluating provider.
